Pocket Big Brother provides Big Brother cast information, live-feed notes, media links, and social posts for fans. The service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CBS, Paramount, Endemol Shine, or the producers of Big Brother.

Pocket Big Brother does not require user accounts, and Touched Media does not ask you to submit personal data to use the website or apps. You are responsible for the device, app store account, and platform settings you use to access the service.

The iOS app may offer optional subscriptions through Apple's App Store. The future Android app may offer optional subscriptions through Google Play. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, free trials, and refunds are handled by the app store provider for the platform where you purchased the subscription.

For iOS subscriptions, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel through your App Store account settings.

For future Android subscriptions, payment will be charged through Google Play. You will be able to manage or cancel through your Google Play account settings.

Pocket Big Brother may link to third-party sites and may show content from external feeds or social platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or changes.

Touched Media may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Pocket Big Brother at any time. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Touched Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Pocket Big Brother.
